Process
To register your child
for the 2009-2010 school year, please do the following:
1. Complete the 2009 - 2010 Registration Forms
legibly and in their entirety.
2. Attach a one-time-only registration fee of $30 per family.
3. Attach a deposit of $250 per child. This holds your
child’s place and will be applied toward the first
month’s tuition. Registrations after August
1, 2009 will need to include the first month’s tuition
in lieu of the $250 deposit.
4.Mail this registration form with your payment to:

will send you a confirmation of enrollment when we receive
your registration and payment!
Additional
Forms:
Once we receive a Registration Form, each family will also
receive a packet of information that must be completed before
attending KidsCo Jr. The required forms are available to
print and complete for your convienance!
Each child enrolled must have a completed Child Emergency
Information Card, Medical Inventory, Lead Screen, Immunization
Request, & All About My Child Form. All forms must be
completed prior to starting at KidsCo Jr., as required by
MD regulations.
