Our vision at KidsCo Jr. is to provide a home away from home that fosters growth and learning in a comfortable, nurturing, and consistent environment.
It is a place where each child’s individual process will be respected and encouraged.
We will tap into each child’s natural curiosity, discover and develop his or her unique talents, and inspire creative freedom.
Above all, our primary goal is to learn from and listen to all of our families to build a strong community bond that will ensure that we are caring for each child as if he or she is our own.

KidsCo Jr. is based on the belief that young children deserve a healthy, secure, and stimulating environment to be cared for in their parent’s absence. For these reasons, the company’s mission is to raise the bar within the childcare industry and to provide top notch services to families within our community!
Additionally, we have a remarkable resource in KidsCo Inc., our parent company. Growing from one center in 2000 to nine centers currently operating in Montgomery County, KidsCo Inc. has successfully formed links within many local communities through elementary and middle schools. Connecting these communities together by providing outstanding care for all ages of children via KidsCo Jr. is a corporate goal for us! The owners of KidsCo and KidsCo Jr. are actively involved in the day to day excitement of our programs and each of our children enrolled know them personally as supporting staff members!
